Youth For Seva

Vidya Chetana, a Youth for Seva program initiated in 2009 to assist economically deprived families with their children’s education by serving as a forum to connect donors and recipients, guarantees that deserving students with the necessary skills and aspirations receive the education they need to secure a job. We impart and cultivate changemaker values and talent in the youngsters we come into contact with.

Since its inception, nearly 6000 Children have benefited from the financial support to get gainful Education. Since 2015, Vidya Chetana started focusing on Higher education for merit-based underprivileged children.

The objective is to provide scholarship support to students with serious financial constraints to pursue higher education post PUC.

Scholarships have been granted to 1577 scholars in the year 2023-24. Vidya Chetana scholars attended multiple skill development workshops on Values and skills and were engaged in volunteering activities.

• Scholarship (Tuition Fees, Hostel Fees, Books, Bus pass etc.).
• Admission guidance for College and Course selections.
• Career Guidance Sessions & Workshops on Soft Skills.
• Launched New Training Modules – on 21st Century Skills.
• Mentoring, to mold them into Responsible Citizens through Residential camps, Value-inculcating workshops.
• Employment readiness program for final-year students.
